Shipping policy
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for all items except the Sparkle and Charm subscription box will be calculated at checkout. Subscribers to the Sparkle and Charm subscription box will be charged a $5 shipping fee.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
I process and ship orders within 7-10 business days from the date of purchase.
In the event of a delay, I will contact you via email to inform you of the situation and provide updates on the estimated shipping date.
Do you offer international shipping?
I do not currently offer international shipping at this time. I would like to in the future, though, so stay tuned!
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
If your package does not turn up within the expected timeframe, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Please be aware, however, that I don’t consider a parcel ‘lost’ in the mail until it has been a full 30 days from the date of shipping, and I will not replace an item sooner than this.
If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
